New York Times bestselling authors Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher are back with the much-anticipated final installment in the Never Never novella series.
Together, Silas Nash and Charlize Wynwood must look deeper into the past to find out who they were and who they want to be. With time ticking down, the couple are in a race to find the answers they need before they lose everything. Can they regain what they once had? And will it restore who they once were?
Not exactly what I had in mind but still amazing!

The third part in the Never Never trilogy concludes the mystery surrounding Charlie and Silas’ lives.

I was waiting for this conclusion for quite some time and although I wasn’t impressed with the outcome I can’t say that I hated it! I know that a lot of readers were disappointed with the explanation provided for Charlie and Silas’ loss of memory and it might have been over the top but I just can’t judge the book as a whole just from its ending!

Having said that, I loved the first two parts of the trilogy and I even found the first half of the third part enjoyable. Our two protagonists wake up once again but something has changed this time. Although Charlie doesn’t realize it, Silas still remembers the past 48 hours. Why that is, he may not know but he intends to find out if he is to help Charlie break this circle.

Once again the book flows beautifully. Fast paced with Charlie and Silas fighting against time to stop whatever it is that is happening to them. The big questions of the book are answered pretty early in the book so you’re left wondering now what?! Fear not, the mystery may have been solved but Silas and Charlie will have to help each other “heal” so they will never have to face something like this again.

So, yeah, did enjoy the trilogy even though the explanation for the memory loss wasn’t convincing but to tell you the truth almost everything would have been unconvincing! I especially liked Silas’ guesses: an alien abduction, a curse, time travel or twin brain tumors. As fun as some of these may sound, they are still hard to believe as was the actually explanation provided.

All in all, the end wasn’t that bad. We still get to meet Charlie and Silas, we got to experience their unusual memory loss and we got to witness their HEA. At the end of the day that’s all that matter to me.
